Dr. Robert Knape, MD

I chose Dr Knape because of his patient reviews and his education. However, his demeanor was robotic and guarded, which I overlooked and chalked up to social awkwardness. But questions I asked regarding future preparation he would not address, instead he'd just ramble on about something else. When he asked me a question, hed cut me off and respond to it himself. When I reviewed my records, he failed to document my requests for lens workup or any pertinent info to my care. Instead he took idle chit chat and skewed it I to a negative light. Doctors know what this means... It means that no matter what other doctor I go to they're going to get his unprofessional mean spirited notes, for no reason..I was simply a new patient w a serious condition that for whatever reason, he refused to conduct himself properly. Be careful with this doctor. He appears as Dr Jekyll, which fooled.me, but he is also to Mr Hyde .

Dr Knape is professional, personable and knowledgeable. He is very caring and makes me feel important. I have confidence in his ability to take care of my eye issues.
