Ended medical relationship suddenly
I moved to Florida (Holiday) the end of July and found Dr. Killeen for my primary doctor. I thought I'd found a very nice, caring gentleman. He provided referrals and ordered blood work so I could follow up with treatment from my previous doctors in Colorado. I obtained all of the previous records requested. I have been dealing with some ongoing medical issues and was working through them when he sent a letter dropping me as his patient. There was no reason given. This is not very professional in my opinion.
