From the first phone call, to emails, to correcting information. Front desk reception, nurse and then Dr. Kerr my experience couldn't have been better. Compassion, understanding and kindness I felt.Loved coloring too.... Thank you to all of you. Do not hesitate to use this practice the naysayers may themselves have had a bad day!

Dr Kerr and his staff are outstanding. I brought a family member and previous members and friends to him and always the best resources and analysis.

Dr Kerr seems like a great guy, compassionate, and very personable. His staff on the other hand is completely incompetent, and uncaring. I was scheduled to have lower back surgery by Dr Kerr in late January of this year. I was looking forward to being finally out of pain. I went for pre surgical testing, received medical clearance from my primary care Dr., all good to go. 2 days before the scheduled surgery I received a letter from my health insurance company stating that the surgery would not be covered due to the fact that Dr. Kerr's staff neglected to send my insurance company information that they requested weeks before the surgery. Surgery cancelled! Dr. Kerr's staff seemed unfazed when I called them and said they sent the required info. Obviously someone is not being truthful. Dr. Kerr's staff said that they would submit an appeal to my insurance company, they told me that it might take up to two months to get a decision. Its now August, and never heard a word back from Dr Kerr's staff or my insurance co. leading me to believe that his staff did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Still in pain, but now have an appointment with a new surgeon.

Dr. Kerr and his staff are unbelievable. Everyone there is so attentive to all your concerns and needs. I came to him in June of 2022 finding out I had something I never heard of Chiari Malformation he ran every test to make sure of all my options. Never rushed me out of office explained everything in deep detail. I had decompression surgery. It’s a craniectomy , laminectomy of C1 and a Duraplasty. He did a fantastic job. I trusted him with my life. His whole team is wonderful. He knows what a patient needs and makes sure you get it ! I totally recommend him.

I just had spinal surgery performed by Dr. Kerr on 12/31/21. I went to him as a second opinion and he was kind, caring and took considerable time in explaining the whole procedure to me. Needless to say, he became my first choice, and I am so very pleased at the outcome. I strongly recommend this surgeon if they want an amazing. knowledge and caring doctor.

Dr. Kerr explained everything about my condition in a way that I could understand, relieving my anxiety, and previewed what care I may need in the future. He is caring, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him, as well as his courteous and helpful staff.

Dr. Kerr performed my first surgery on my back and He was great however two years later my back is out and I’m bedridden going on day number 10 I’ve called his office in mid November and I could not get an appointment until January 6. I have since called back and beggef them to take me because I have not left my bedroom in over a week and their response was for me to go to the emergency room to see him or one of his PAs. There was no way I could see him before January. I’m completely disappointed in this. I can’t believe he cannot take a patient who he perform surgery on for the injury in the past
