Many years ago, following the birth of my baby via cesarean in a hospital north of Boston, I developed severe complications and was brought dying into Tufts New England Medical Center. Dr. Kennison saved my life, and after a few weeks I went home to raise my baby. Also, following surgery to correct my initial problem, symptoms suggestive of blood clots in the lungs appeared. Dr. Kennison's medical intelligence led him to advise other doctors in the hospital that only medication was needed, and that no further surgery was required to eradicate the symptoms. He was correct - it was pneumonia, not blood clots. He was my ob-gyn for years following my release from the hospital and his judgment was unfailingly accurate. I owe my life and years of excellent care to Dr. Kennison, and my gratitude to him is unending.
