His nurse that takes care of his renewals of prescriptions is terrible. I hope he knows how they are poor at best at ordering mail order meds. He is a good doctor but if you can’t depend on getting life threatening meds this practice is worthless. I hope he sees this message and contact me.

Stay away
Puts patient’s health at risk. Misdiagnosis, no follow up, nurse Crystal is the WORST. Said it wasn’t her job to give me my own test results. Dr ran tests that were totally different than what we discussed and failed to send other test kits twice, billing dept incorrectly billed insurance and entire staff is incredibly rude. Dr used up your insurance slotted 15 minutes talking but then leaves no time for you to explain what’s going on that brought you in. I also felt discriminated against. Dr K and his practice is not at all what it used to be 10 years ago. Do not go here for the sake of your own health.

Dr. Keller displays a shocking lack of professionalism that can be seen from top to bottom in his office. He is not very detail-oriented, and his poor management of my medical care resulted in a lot of wasted time and money, not to mention frustration. I strongly recommend avoiding him.

Dr. Keller is extremely knowledgeable. He keeps up with latest medications and definitely knows their interactions. Along with taking care of my husband and I, he has cared for our parents and our son. I believe that he has the best of intentions when treating patients, and he is concerned with his patients' physical and mental health along with their spiritual health. He coordinates very well with all of our doctors. He will even recommend that a patient seek a second opinion. I think the biggest thing for me is that he recommends the top doctors when needed. I walked in and asked for a referral to a certain doctor. He replied, "I can do that for you. But, do you want a good doctor, or do you want the best?" That sealed it for me. He's the best!

Dr Keller took care of my Mom the last four years of her life (after she moved to Ft Worth to live with us after my Dad died). He was so wonderful with my Mom & she loved him! He took excellent care of her! He is an excellent & caring physician! I would highly recommend him! Am actually considering changing to him as my PCP (primary care physician)!

Dr. Keller is one of the rare doctors who will take time to explain my problem or illness in detail and answer my questions. He is an Internal Medicine Specialist, and is very knowledgeable about most illnesses. Dr. Keller quickly diagnosed my issue and recommended a solution. In addition to being caring, he has a great sense of humor. He is #1 in my opinion!

Dr Keller has taken care of my parents in their final years and thru watching his the way he cared for them I selected him as my doctor about 8 years ago and have never regretted my decision. He has demonstrated his deep commitment to his quality of care so many times in a personal genuine. I will not see anyone else without Dr Keller's recommendation.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Keller?
Dr. Keller got me through a difficult time medically. His kindness and compassion is what I am the most grateful for. He is the best doctor I have ever had. Having said that, my daughter tried to get her shot records and was told by his staff that she was not a patient, nor had she ever been. I called the office and got another story, which ended with the same dead end. When I asked for someone else's help, she hung up on me. My positive experience is marred by an inability to get records
