I am a patient of Dr. Keisling for about a year. I feel that my mental health has improved a lot. I find him compassionate and professional. Unlike my previous doctor, he is quite quick to reply to urgent calls and order refills. The fact that he accepts insurance is another great plus. I am quite satisfied with this doctor and I recommend him one hundred percent.

Dr Keisling has the most difficult time refilling prescriptions anywhere near on time. It takes multiple phone calls, faxes, and general bugging him to maintain your needed course of medications. He utterly fails in providing pharmaceutical care.

I was seen by the Dr. Keisling a few times while I spent a week at the Washington Hospital Center's mental health unit. I found him to be very intelligent, even-keeled, and caring (went the extra mile for me). (He was very highly recommend to me by another outstanding doctor). I feel that he's not only a very good doctor, but also a good person - in a psychiatric environment, it seems very easy for a doc to give whatever diagnosis he chooses, yet he truly had my wishes his top priority
