service could be so much better!
DR. JOHNSON IS KIND , but a hands-off doctor, meaning he doesn't examine in detail. The staff is unfriendly, rushed and never enough people to take care of patients AND ANSWER PHONES and desk work. It is impossible to get phone calls through!!!

Very good doctor who really listens.
I have been going to Dr. Johnson for almost 20 years, and he is wonderful. I never feel rushed, and he takes whatever time is needed. He listens to all my concerns and answers all of my questions. I feel very comfortable and confident in Dr. Johnson's care.

Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and caring. He does not rush you at all, but rather takes the time to listen. He is thorough and will answer any questions you have. My husband and I have gone to him for years, and we feel very well taken care of.

I love Dr. Johnson! He actually listens and doesn't rush you out the door. Small time feel combined with big city expertise. My one negative is support staff. Hours are 9-5 but most of the time if you call it says the office is closed and then you can call an answering service that seems to have no idea what is going on, then a call back takes forever...I usually have to call a few times before I can talk to anyone. It is extremely frustrating. If I wasn't so happy with Dr. Johnson this would definitely discourage me from using this office
