Dr. Robert Holbrook, MD

After today I plan on going to a different doctor. Talking with Reagan to get a letter from the doctor to get my prescription refilled, she got very rude on the phone. She said I was screaming at her. No I was not screaming but I was having to talk loud because she was not listening to what I was trying to tell her. I was trying to tell her that I had already called my pharmacy and I was telling her what they needed from her. Dr Holbrook is a good doctor. He trained under Dr Lackey for many years. I would still be with Dr Lackey except that he has recently retired. Bottom line is, when I can't visit with the nurse without being put down or repudiated, yeah I think it's time for me to find another doctor. Reagan perhaps you would do well by listening to the patients better. We are not illiterate idiots like you seem to think that we are. I personally hold a PhD in psychology so you can't can't bully me.

Smartest person I have ever met. Compassionate and listened better than my own husband does. Highly recommend!

Colonoscopy procedure was fine, but follow-up communication has been extremely poor. Was told office would call day after procedure to see how I was feeling, but they didn’t call. I’ve now called office twice to get test results and have been told that a nurse would return my call, but the nurse has not done so. It’s now been 2-1/2 weeks since procedure with no results shared.

Dr. Holbrook has been treating me for years and he's always done a great job. I have a lot of GI issues so my visits aren't routine and he always spends as much time with me as I need and answers all my questions.

Doesn’t give or explain results. Been over a month since procedure was done and still have no results. Have however received multiple bills and phone calls when we paid everything up front.

Horrible experience! I have received no information over a month later only more random bills!!

They were late sending me my bills and the person that called me was extremely rude making threats to turn me over to an aggressive collections agency. I will never go there again.

he has been my doc and my husbands doc and several of my friends as well. i have recommended him to several people. excellent communication skills, and a great scence of humor!
