Fees
The fees were exorbitant, considering the time that Dr Hogan spent with me. Thank goodness I have insurance, but if I didn't, I would never be able to get the care that I need. I am aware that Dr Hogan has no control over how much to charge, however, BJC or Wash U Med should not take this situation lightly. I am happy with the service that Dr Hogan provides.

After the first visit, he could care less. His only solution is “video eeg” and if that doesn’t solve anything, bye bye. You’re simply a number to him. There is only one visit a year and I thought that was normal until I spoke to multiple different ER doctors because yes, I went to the ER multiple times for seizures yet he still refuses to help. He also does not fill out FMLA paperwork because “if he did it for me, he would have to do it for everyone”. If I could rate this man a 0 I would. He is no help.

Took time to listen to my experience of the problem. Explained numerous options. Took time to explain problems in language a layperson could understand. Was respectful regarding my responses to questions and situations.

All the man wants to do is make big dollars wanting patients to schedule repeated video eeg monitoring spending a week in the hospital and paying a lot to him to discuss medication. The first time I did this he did not even change my meds. Now he outright refuses to speak with me at all unless I do another. I have never had a neuro do this.
