Fantastic 1st Appointment; Will Keep Going Back
My long-time cardiologist sold his practice and is no longer in network, so I chose Dr. Hendley primarily because he’s in network and because my primary care physician knew him and gave him high marks. It was with some trepidation that I had my first appointment on 20241223. What if we don’t mesh? What if he’s aloof? What if? What if? My concerns quickly vanished upon his entry into the examination room. After a friendly introduction, he got my previous cardiologist’s report on his screen, queried me deeply about my history, discussed the nuances of my condition in detail, did a thorough examination, and was open to a lengthy post-exam discussion of the path forward which alleviated my concerns.Additionally, I must cite his receptionist, Ruby; I had stupidly left my wallet at home; it contained my ID (driver’s license), insurance card, and credit card. After good-natured kidding, she was able to override the computer and got me checked in without them. All in all? 5 Stars.

The Best
Dr Hendley listens, cares, and is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He follows explains the problem and does everything to solve your problem. He also one of the nicest caring people I have ever known. 10 stars.

WORST staff
Like a previous review, OK doctor (just ok), with the absolute worst staff. There are other cardiologists are in town with staff that don't treat you like garbage on their shoes. Go to someone else.
