Poor communication
I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was given a date a couple of weeks out, there was no follow up emails or texts. when I showed up to my appointment I was told I was not in their system, so I guess I'll just have to look for another doctor now.

Compassionate, takes time to get information properly. My health situation has been called complicated by specialist. He said I was complicated however he addressed my chief concern. I am truly grateful to be his patient.
