Dr. Robert Hancock, DPM

I was a patient with foot pain. Dr. Hancock diagnosed me with a broken bone and a neuroma. Through nerve-deadening shots, the pain was significantly minimized; I also wear good shoes with a shoe insert for support. Dr. H explained the issue well as well as the pros and cons of other treatments. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Hancock is an excellent doctor. He has great bedside manner and goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are well cared for. Dr Hancock has completed 2 surgeries on my foot along with countless appointments. A dedicated professional specializing in true patient care. Always remembers your name and his treatments to you. Fantastic and will be my podiatrist for life.

I talked with Dr. Hancock about a pain in the arch of my right foot. He told me I have a bone spur and that is why I feel like I am walking on a rock all the time. He gave me 3 options of which he first recommends trying the orthotic in my shoe first as he knows I take care of my husband and would not be able to stay completely off my feet for the allotted amount of time to heal. He always takes his time to explain things and never talks down to us. He also has outstanding bedside manners

What a great experience! From the waiting room and the receptionist to the assistant and certainly Dr. Hancock. He didn't talk down to anyone. He involved me in my care. Very personable and kind. Would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor and welcoming office staff.

Dr. Hancock was originally a second opinion after a surgery of mine had an unfortunate result with another doctor, "Dr. M." Dr. Hancock's bedside manner literally made me cry after my experience with Dr. M., he was so understanding and kind to little sensitive 21 year old me. I followed him after he changed groups and I needed to have another surgery to finally fix the previous surgery by Dr. M. after 5 years. I was seen as soon as my schedule allowed and everything went perfectly.

Dr Hancock is a wonderful doctor. He take the time to explain everything he does and is conservative when it comes to treatment. I am so glad I chose to go to him for my surgery. Great result an quicjk recovery. His office staff is very friendly also.

If he could be my doctor for everything else besides my feet, I'd go with him in a heartbeat. Truly, best doctor I have ever had!!
