Never Again
It is so sad that some doctors care about the money only, not the patient. I had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen. They order tests, but take forever to get results. I have come to learn that making an account and going to Quest or the hospital will allow you to see results quickly. I have not been here in a while, but often NP are more on the ball then MD’s.

Wonderful as always. Asks questions and listens carefully to answers. Because of his excellent knowledge and education, he saved my life by noticing a major medical problem happening to me.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband had his blood drawn for his annual physical at Quest after seeing Dr. Haddad. I looked up my charts every day after blood draw. Never saw results like I usually do. Found out Dr. doesn’t release until you see him. One month later our apt. was scheduled. At that apt. we were told he had a low grade urinary tract infection. I inquired why they didn't call us a month ago to get him on meds. The PA told me to ask the front desk when I leave. I was concerned since my husband was experiencing extreme brain fog and he had an MRI of brain and MRA of brain and lumbar with dye and three day follow up which could have all been avoided. PA then left the room. Dr. Came storming in and said you people are never going to be happy with me get out of my office. Unbelievable. Never been kicked out of a doctors office. Supervisor came is and said we could write a letter to Dr. stating why he should continue my husbands care. NO WAY!

Do NOT go to this doctor. His practice is ridiculously expensive for normal services. After my insurance was applied, my statement was more than double what I pay for specialists. I would have given zero star if it were an option.

And his PA comes in and says he couldn’t make it he “had something else to do”. I said wow this guy that sold himself on PT care and one on one doctor and patient relationships didn’t even show up. Last time I saw him he told me I had cancer and he didn’t even show up to see how I was. I walked out and never went back.he or any one else bothered to even call to see what went wrong or how I was. Before this I was impressed with his “sale” of his practice and recommended him to friends at work. Since all have left him due to lack of care from him. I would never go to him or want my family To go to him.

Best Doctor I’ve ever had. Kind considerate and totally professional. A Doctor I can truly feel takes exceptional care of me. I wish all Doctors had his ways of treating his patients. Both my husband and I are extremely lucky we have found such a truly care man in the medical field.

Best Doctor I’ve ever had in 62 years of age. Wish I had found him sooner. Intelligent, compassionate, intuitive Doctor of great medical care. He spends time with you without rushing your appointment to make sure all your answers are addressed. Like no other Doctor I’ve had the privilege to go to. My husband also feels the same way. His bedside manner is exceptional and makes you feel at ease with whatever ails you. He’s tender and kind and most of all listens to all your concerns. His staff is also exceptional and I’ve never had to wait mire than 20 minutes even for a sick visit. He’s a true asset to the community of Fort Myers. I think more Doctors should take notice of how he handles his patients and office.

When we moved to SWFL we heard about Dr. Haddad from friends. We met him and were very impressed. But after the 1st year we never saw him again. Although we ask for him every time, we are shoved off to PAs or new doctors who remain at the practice for less than a year which we were also not told. Newest doctors are now not even board certified. Hopefully Dr. Haddad reviews them but no mention of this. Consequently we do not think that there is real follow up or knowledge of our health issues. No ekgs for years. The practice requires that you be seen every 6 months even if you are not sick. We were not told this during our interviews with Dr Haddad. It was not our experience with prior doctors to go when not sick and since we were not told this we did not unless we were sick = then without notice we were dropped and only found out from our pharmacist when he refused to refill our prescriptions. Unacceptable and Shocking and not patient centered but business money centered.

Dr. Haddad has been my doctor since 2011. He is very thorough and very analytical. When I see him he starts with the basic measurement, pulse, temp, oxygen level etc. He will ask questions regarding the reason for the visit (if not a follow up) to determine the health issues that concerns you. If it is a follow up he will pursue those health issues. If he feels you need a specialist for a specific health issue he will recommend one. Those he recommends are competent. He will do a physical exam, checking liver, lungs, heart, or other as required for the reason of your visit. If seeing a specialists he will review the report. He is one of the two best doctors I have ever had and would highly recommend him. I am a male, 81 years old.

Worst doctor my husband and I have ever seen. He was very arrogant and condescending, and I was threatened to call his wife (who works in his office) to apologize for “hurting her feelings” or I would be dropped as a patient. Even though I did so, my husband was dropped as a patient for not going to the hospital when the doctor told him he should. It is his way or the highway, and he wants to see his patients ALL of the time for more $$$, and...you never know what doc you will see & rude staff!

As typical with most Drs these days. Over scheduling. Had an appt a month in advance due to his limited availability. Appt day and 45 minutes after scheduled time I finally had to leave without being seen. Not sure why there are appts or continued over booking. Be nice to find a DR that was focused on actual client care and not the almighty dollar. Apparently his time is more valuable than his patients.

This has got to be the worst doctor I ever met. Phony nice guy when you go the first time. After that you get the PA, the nurse practitioner, etc. You don't get to make appointment with him. Does not believe in giving prescription with refills. Likes you to come back (more money from Medicare) When I didn't go in after two weeks as they requested, he dismissed me as a patient. Left me high and dry with not enough medication to take me through to my appointment with my new doctor.

Truthfully , the md comes across a little bit fake when dealing with patients. I came to conclusion that the exact same words are said to me at every visit. It’s nice to be complemented (unfounded reasoning behind that too), but when it’s always the same words to me, it resonates somewhat disingenuous. Otherwise, the medical students are always caring and supportive at the clinic, but when they’re undermined in front of patients, it makes everyone on edge.

The doctors at this practice are wonderful, however the staff at the front office are rude and uncaring. They are also horrible at getting back to you even though this is a much smaller practice. One of the reasons i started here was the fact that the practice is much smaller than my old practice, but at least there, either the staff or the doctor personally would call you back. WHAT A DISAPPOINT HERE!

Saw dr first visit and never again. See different practitioners each time. I never wait less than one hour past my scheduled appointment time. I registered a specific complaint to three different staff who promised to pass it on to dr. Never heard from him.

Only once have I actually seen the Doctor. I am always 'farmed out' to his medical assistant. They require visits every 6 months and when I come in I still never see the Doctor. They seem unware of why I am coming in, even when it is to followup on test results. They never seem to look at my file until they sit down with me and then often seem in a hurry or are running late.
