Dr. Robert Haack, DDS

Dr Haack would check insurance benefits to see what he could do and get paid for, even if not necessary. I went in for a routine check up and left in tears with braces. Discussed in passing that I had been to an orthodontist for braces, so he started putting them on before I realized what was happening. The orthodontist told me that I would need a tooth pulled to make room for my teeth. He said that was crazy and instead, at each appointment, would use metal sanding strips between my teeth to create room. I was very young, just out of high school. He completely ruined my teeth by sanding the enamel off and I have constant problems with cavities. Before I saw him, I had only one cavity in my life. I am appalled that he is still practicing dentistry and I feel sorry for any patients who trust him.

The office is clean and friendly. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable as well.
