Dr Grabowski is a great doctor and very thorough

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Grabowski for 15 years. He is great but the office staff is a disaster. Especially his mother.. rude and unfriendly. Another patient actually mentioned it to me in the waiting room. Also had multiple issues with paperwork being faxed to my job. We have recently found a new physician who is terrific and his staff is wonderful.

Very unfriendly front desk , lame schedulers can never get an appt ., I was unjustly dropped by Caroline , El . This place is like the DMV , sit , wait , too much for these staffers to do their job . They don’t want to talk calmly or improve what they do wrong . Delay , deny , defend . It’s all about the money and title

Unfriendly, spiteful , nasty women staff

My calcium level was slightly elevated. He recommended that I see an endocrinologist. The Endo doctor determined that one of my parathyroids was causing the high count. He recommended surgery. During what was to be a minor surgery the surgeon discovered that my thyroid was cancerous. My thyroid was removed.Had it not been for Dr. Grabowski’s diagnosis the problem may have led to a much different ending.

He is right to the point on everything! Tells it like it is.

On my first visit, Dr. G sat down and had a conversation with me about my health concerns while his scribed typed it all in the computerized health record and made referrals. For the first time in years, I felt that my health concerns were heard and validated, upon which extensive testing was recommended and completed that revealed a new diagnosis for which I am now being successfully treated. He is amazing!

Dr. Grabowski has gotten me through a lot over the almost 20 years I have been going to him. He is a great diagnostician, yet is very personable. I cannot thank him enough. Our last visit was via Telehealth, which was fine. Certainly, he can't check everything that he could in person. Yet, if I do have a problem, I know that I can reach him whereby he will call back personally in a short amount of time.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Grabowski! He is knowledgable, professional and treats all his patients with respect and dignity. Answers questions fully and will have interactive dialogues regarding treatments. I trust him with our healthcare needs and will continue to do so. Downside is he is so good you have to settle at times for the NP.

Dr. Grabowski is one of the finest. His practice is extremely busy but given his talents as a diagnostician it is no wonder. You will wait but are never rushed when you are in the exam room. The desk staff is entirely overloaded so they are doing their best!

He use to be amazing. I have been with him for around ten years, He had me on Xanax for ten years and when I wanted to tamper down he told me to go to a new doctor, when issues came up with that doctor he told me he would not help me and if I needed to go to rehab. How can you put someone on Xanax one of the hardest drugs to get off and then leave them to deal with all the withdraw alone or say go to rehab. (those places are horrible for someone trying to do what I am) I went down from one and

This practice is in too much transition. The secretary is nice but the nurse is not helpful. And thought this isn’t about grabowski but his office.

Dr Grabowski is Incredibly knowledgeable, very caring and I never feel rushed in his office. He asks questions, actively listens to responses and talks through personalized health care management. He also has an amazing support staff. The other doctors I went to befor Dr Grabowski were overbooked and they under delivered. Most times I spent over an hour waiting to see my primary. I highly recommend Dr Grabowski.

Rob really cares about his patients. He is not rushed and truly wants to understand how best to provide healthcare. Highly recommended.

He listens and observed you to help diagnose you properly! He is intelligent and he thinks- he does not rely on computer- he uses his own brain! He cares about you as a human being. He treats the elderly with optimism and compassion. He is a true physician who is interested in making you healthy and improving your life. He respects his patients and he is humble. He is one in a million!

My family moved to this practice after my cancer diagnosis was not made in a timely manner at my previous healthcare provider. Dr. Grabowski is an excellent and very skilled doctor. He has made a huge impact on the care and well being of my wife and I both.

Dr. Grabowski is an extremely caring doctor and exactly what you would want from a family physician. He takes the time to explain and offer options and stays in communication. Highly recommended.

Horrible staff . Long waits in a filthy bug ridden office . Never responds

Dr and Staff were wonderful! Would highly recommend this practice!

The doctor was great, but I had a terrible time getting my daughter's physical forms (she was the patient), filled out and sent to me in a timely fashion. I also had a hard time obtaining her shot records. The staff was somewhat rude, and not very helpful. It was also hard to find the office using my GPS.
