Had a rough start, but I do trust him now.
In the beginning he would forget who I was month to month. I would have to explain my issues every time. Now we seem to have a better understanding. I do trust him, and believe that he tries to help his patients.

Asks questions but does not care about the answers, as you will be on whatever treatment path he has already established in his head. I went to him out of desperation, and his office wasn't in a horrible area, but I wish I would have done more research first.

I went in with chronic back and neck pain from an accident, treated me like a drug addict from the second I went in. I never even asked for any medications. He was only interested in doing a " procedure" in which I sat in the room for almost two hours waiting on him and his " nurse" to come in and begin. ( I was the only person in the office) seemed VERY odd to me that I had to wait so long. Horribly rude and unprofessional! I do not recommend!

Love him. Has been my Dr for several years. Truly the only Dr.who worked with me to develop a pain plan to take care of some horrible bone pain. He will not just give narcotics. Works hard to find other solutions but always does what the job calls for. Would highly recommend.

In dealing with pain and discomfort for over six years, Dr. Gould has been able to concentrate on ways to effectively help me live a quality life. I can't praise him enough for trying innovative ways to accomplish this. Never giving up on me. What more can I ask of a physician. He gets 5 stars from me and I highly recommend this fine doctor.

In the beginning he was helpful. However because my insurance would not approve a procedure that he wanted to do he decided he would not do the procedure that insurance does approve and actually helps. I thought he was supposed to help not deny that help.

Satisfied at the beginning. Timely app and procedures. As time went on the staff and Dr. was very rude and non professional. They treat you as an addict rather then someone who needs help with a chronic condition. I work 2 part time jobs. I been a patent for years and was given Pain medications. I Re-scheduled a few times in 2 years due to work. I never missed. Got a call the other day saying can no longer give pain meds due to attendance. No way to treat patients this way if want to keep them.

Has been an awful frustrating experience. Would not prescribe medication for over a month let me suffer with extreme delays, once I did get some requested a refill a week early, a week later I ran out after many calls still not ready. Has poor bedside manner, doesn't seem to really care much. His medical assistance/nurses are not very friendly over phone or in person, Although the girls at the front desk or rather nice. Been trying to get my back problems resolved for months and I'm still where

All about procedures and making as much money as he can. Does not spend any time in office appointments. You will not get his attention unless you go under the knife or have a procedure done.

He treats his patients like he doesn't have time for them at office visits but if you have a procedure done his attitude does a 180. He will refuse to write you a pain relief medication unless you get injections or go under the knife. He is definitely more interested in making money than helping his patients. I have had the same procedures done 4 times now with no success but he says if I refuse to have them done he won't give me any pain medication. Very unethical and has a rude/cocky demeanor.
