I am not getting the truth as to what cost was and what is due back to me. One month ago they stated an amount due me back from overpayment and today they state they have not received anything yet from my dental insurance coverage so now following up. This is not right.

Four extractions and 3 implants so far
I have used Dr. Robert Garber for 4 extractions and he has installed three implants over the last 5 years. I am scheduled for my fourth implant. He is all business and very good at what he does. No one likes having a tooth pulled but he can do it without much pain at all. I would recommend Dr. Garber

Wish I could give a zero
I was in for procedure to remove the remaining tip of a root canal. After repeated shots of anesthesia, the doctor insisted I could not feel as much pain as I did. He kept saying “you can’t have pain you can’t possibly be in pain!” Meanwhile.. tears are running down my cheek & I’m screaming in agony. He was the worst practitioner I’ve ever seen. Please use my experience & do not go to this guy. He should not be practicing!

Unpleasant Enviorment Dr.Garner is insensitive impatient and his bed side manor needs great improvement very unhappy with the entire situation

Worst experience of my life! Dr. Garber is extremely unprofessional. He exemplified an arrogant attitude which was very unsettling before mouth surgery. I waited over 45 mins to be seen for my appointment, he questioned me why I even came to his office & was against me using anesthesia. The office must have someone new at the desk because I wasn’t even informed to not eat or drink before appointment. Luckily I did my research the night before. During sedation you aren’t suppose to remember the procedure. I remember & the pain I experienced is traumatizing. Little to no info about what to do or expect for healing. Overall Dr. Garber made me feel like a complete burden in his day. I wouldn’t send anyone to him. Total nightmare - the only good thing I experienced were the dental assistance they were kind but they are it.

Do N O T go to him, he either doesn’t care or just wings it without the patient in mind ..both I and a close friend went to him years apart& my chin NEVER got back to full sensitivity.. went back to check out why.. he poked me repeatedly with a needle asking if I could feel it.. NO SIR THATS WHY IM HERE .. left w a bloody chin and had a 2 week healing process.. I have a high pain tolerance too. Wish my friend told me he was going to him ahead of time I would have steered him else where

I had a tooth extracted today from Dr. Garber.he was outstanding. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!! Big strong and GENTLE!!! No waiting no pain. I wanted to personally thank him before I left but I was too numb to talk. Let's not forget his assistants. They were excellent as well. The secretary at desk wasn't the friendliest person . No personality but at least she wasn't on her phone bragging bout her grandchildren.
