Dr. Robert Gall, MD

Same experience as the user above. We never met with Dr. Gall but he billed our insurance anyway. Beware of this doctor and the NICU and Verdugo Hills Hospital.

This hospital deserves ZERO stars. If you are planning to have your baby at Verdugo or with Gall - RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I, unfortunately delivered my twins at this hospital last May and it was the worst decision of my life. The NICU is nothing but a corrupt scam aimed at milking your insurance for all its worth. Our twins were snatched to the NICU the night they were born (ONLY ONE of the twins had a "low" temperature that was only .1 below the threshold and BOTH WERE TAKEN) and both held there against our will (even when later that night our one baby's temperature was normal), and against any reasonable explanation for nearly a week. We were told time and time again that the "babies will let you know when they are ready to leave". Not once were we given any explanation as to why they were being held hostage for days on end. The first time I was "allowed" to enter the NICU to see my babies, I walked in and saw throw up covering one of my twin's entire face.
