Great Dr gets back to you and they actually see you when your sick.

My mother had Dr Gagnon for years she liked him . However, It wasn’t until my brother who was Gravely ill in the hospital that we got to know the good doctor. He answered all our questions concerning with my brothers care . Actually he was terrific!!! . So both my husband and I switched PCP to Dr Gagnon. Well we had our first visit with Dr Gagnon went very well . Actually Dr Gagnon far exceeded my expectations as a professional Physician.. His staff were so nice too . We are not used to being treated like a person , not just a number . I think we will stay with his practice forever. Not enough stars !!! Happy patients ??

I am a daughter, wife and mom of some of his paitent. I have always had a great experience at the office. My boys love that he is real and talks to them like they are people not just a chart.

Dr gagnon is good. This review is directed towards his office staff. Rude, unprofessional, lazy, violates hippa laws.

Dr G is a nice guy, but like most PCPs he's trying to be all things to all people. That in itself isn't bad, but he really believes he's an expert in areas he clearly is not and will not admit to himself when he needs to research subjects and will jump to incorrect conclusions all too fast. If you have a real issue that need diagnosis, find another doctor. If you know what you have and how it is treated, take your chances.

Very smart. I trust his medical thinking, and doesn't waste your time or money.

I appreciate Dr. Gagnon's no-nonsense demeanor. He takes the time to listen and I never wait more than five minutes.

Very pleasant visit. Doctor and staff were very pleasant. All expectations were met.

Dr Gagnon was on call. Dr Gagnon returned my call immediately. He encouraged me to return the call in the middle of the night if I didn't feel better. He put me right at ease. I feel confident and very comfortable with his professional attitude and knowledge.

I have always been treated well at Dr. Gagnon's office. Never felt rushed.

Couldn't find my files in the office. Didn't feel that he was familiar with my chart and history. Twice I had a problem after a visit and NO return phone call. Waiting room time isn't bad, but then they leave you waiting in the back room! No comment when it comes to the staff!! Karen the NP is helpful but the lack of return phone call from her too was disappointing. This is twice that I gave Dr. Gagnon a chance! My son in law left, found another doctor & a friend of mine is looking too!!

Staff is rude and very unprofessional, terrible experience at this office. I would not recommend this Dr. To anyone.
