Changed my life!
I had chronic sinus infections my entire life, and ended up with a staph infection in my sinuses for 18 months. My prior ENT kept giving me new rounds of antibiotics every time I went in. I missed so much work I had to close my business. It was a nightmare. My social life, my professional life, and my family dynamic were all affected.Additionally, I snored so loudly my family and friends could hear me all over the house.I told the ladies at my dentist about it and three different people immediately said, “you HAVE to go to Dr. Gadlage .” I made an appointment and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr Bob changed my life!! He found the issue and scheduled my surgery. His methodology for post-surgery packing made the recovery a million times easier than the painful experience my friends told me to expect. It also turned out I had severe sleep apnea, so during my sinus surgery, he performed a uvulectomy with my sinus surgery. I finally have my life back thanks to Dr Bob!!

Dr. Gadlage is top notch
The thing I like about Dr. Gadlage so much is his demeanor, the way he listens to your problem and the excellent options he provides in treatment choices. He corrected a deviated septum for me and really has helped me manage my allergy sensitivities with his resources and with referrals. He's the most thorough doctor I've ever seen and when you are a person with chronic conditions, that really matters. If that matters to you as well, then this is the guy for you. The doctor and the front desk are an excellent bunch.

Fabulous, he performed a,very successful surgery when others said I wasn't a candidate. I can now breathe through my nose all night with no apnea or snoring!

Nothing was improved. It took months longer to recover than you are told. Not only can I still not breath through my right side. I received a back injury during the surgery. I brought this up to him several times. He had no response. I’ve spent 18 months and thousands of dollars, but worst of all the daily pain. I’m still trying to repair the painful damage to my lower back that happened during my nose surgery. Every month the appearance of my nose gets more and more distorted. It’s so crooked it’s embarrassing. I believe it’s time for this doctor to retire. I will eventually have to have another surgery to try and breath and hopefully correct the caved in part of my nose.

I have been seeing Dr. Gadlage since 2006. He is the best and I mean THE BEST ENT DOCTOR IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!!!! I currently have had 14 surgeries where Dr. Gadlage has done at least half of those. The others were done while I was in the military. If Dr. Gadlage ever retired or anything, I would just have to live in pain because I refuse to see anyone else. I seen other ENT Drs. before and they flat out SUCKED!! I even had my wife see him for her sleep apnea and she even said that was the best decision she ever made!!!

I have always said good doctors get bad reputations because of their office staff. The front office staff is ruff and snappy. They refused to honor my appointment because I was running late in a storm and traffic was bad.

DO NOT GO THERE! I never leave reviews, but this office seriously exceeded standards at being BAD! Customer service does NOT exist, and the "office manager" at the desk knows only one phrase in mechanical voice of hers. Doctor Gadlage does NOT exist , or if he does he does NOT CARE about lives of his patients, nor about his own business. You are forced to see the nurse with 2 year community college education in how to lie to her patients. This office is NOT interested in getting you better, all they are interested in is at scheduling you for unneeded surgery. The nurse does not look at you, but as soon as she walks in she knows that you have a deviated septum and you will need surgery! She must be a psychic! Also she will "prescribe" to you an over the counter Flonase . I have a really bad infection going on, I have not slept for 3-4 nights because I can not breath. I ve been calling them for 48 hours - they dont care! Now I have fever and going to the ER.

Scheduled an appointment with the Doctor for an ongoing problem that I have. Noticed in the email appointment that I am scheduled to see a Physician Asst. Absolutely not what I asked for, especially since this has been an ongoing problem that I've been having. Called the front desk to make them aware and in the coldest voice the receptionist could, she said that we always require new patients to see a P.A. first. Sounds like a set up for a second visit and second charge to me and my insurance.

When you are referred to a specialty by your primary physician, there is some expectation that you might actually see said specialist (after waiting 6 weeks to be seen) and not a pa who does not exhibit a great deal of knowledge. Then you see said pa a second time for follow up and get even less information on your condition. (Both visits included the pa calling in orders/prescriptions and both times required additional phone requests over the next three days to get said orders.). No Recommend

Outstanding! Dr. Gadlage is the best... he is an expert in his field, he listens to his patients, he pinpoints the issues and treats the problem appropriately, and he does it all with the nicest "bedside manner". Love Dr. Gadlage & his staff.

I was having nasal swelling and trouble breathing through my nose. On the first visit Dr. Gadlage he was able to reduce the swelling and diagnosed a deviated septum. Dr. Gadlage walked me through the entire process and I had surgery a few days later. After the healing process I am at %100 breathing capacity, I no longer snore and have a ton more energy now that I can breathe. If you need a routine ENT, ENT surgery or any other ENT related attention go see Dr. Gadlage and team.

For years I put off having something done about my sinus problem. I went to see Dr. Gadlage and had an MRI that showed I had a really bad deviated septum. I had surgery done March, 2018 and can breathe so much better. I went hiking in Utah six weeks after surgery & even with the high altitude and dryness, I could actually breathe easier. Dr. Gadlage and staff are all to be commended for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of relief. Thanks Dr. Gadlage

My journey began in 1999 after being diagnosed with a parotid gland tumor. I had seen 2 surgeons and they would not attempt to do my surgery, explaining that I needed an experienced ENT specializing in facial plastic & reconstructive surgery. I was referred to Dr. Gadlage. Since then, I have had 3 different surgeries and numerous office visits. I have referred many family and friends. By using his practice, not only do you get the greatest physician but an awesome staff!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Gadladge and his staff. I have had two surgeries; one to address sleep apnea by correcting of a deviated septum & UPPP and the second a year later for collapsed nasal valves, endoscopy ethmoidectomy, removal of polyops and cosmetic repair of the tip of nose (which looks so much better now) both being very successful. His staff have been very personable and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Gadladge.

I'm shocked that this doctor is still practicing! He ruined my sinuses permanently! I went in for ringing in my ears and came out with tubes in my ears which caused permanent holes in each ear drum and daily sinus draining. Oh, and the ringing in my ears is worse than when he did this surgery.. I WOULD NOT recommend this "surgeon" to ANYONE! I'm in so much worse shape than I ever was before this surgery. If you're considering it, DON"T DO IT! At least not by this "doctor".

Made appointment to try to fix tinnitus that recently started. Didn't see a doctor, did see someone that checked my hearing and was then offered hearing aid for 3k. My hearing was normal except in high freq. range where tinnitus sounds. No solution offered. Long story I asked several times if my co pay was all I would pay, yes when I made appt. yes again when I checked out. Got bill for almost as much as co pay, tried to talk to billing, got run around. Have seen other reviews with same results.

If I could rate Dr. Gadlage lower than 1 star I would. He is a terrible doctor who: Over charged my insurance company, Required hours of waiting when I had appointments (4 different times), Performed a botched surgery on my sinuses (per a renown Doctor), Lied to me about medical issues and Was unable to practice at a hospital near his office. If I had the time to file a complaint with the Georgia Composite Medical Board I would, but it is quicker to just let you know to AVOID Robert Gadlage!!
