Not a very good experience
Everything from an office standpoint went fine. When the doctor came in I didn't feel that I got the attention that I should have. I was prescribed a medication from a compound pharmacy which didn't help one bit and was very expensive. After being sent for a scan that didn't show anything there should have been a follow-up appt. but one wasn't requested by the doctor.

Great experience all around
Dr. Frank is a thoughtful, caring, and skilled physician. He solved a decade long issue with my sinuses and septum. The repair was done expertly and I can now breathe freely and my sleep has improved 100%. I would recommend Dr. Frank and his nurse to anyone in need of a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Frank helped my aching ear! Thank-you!
At 68 years, I have my first ear ache. Very painful. Dr. Frank worked me in, diagnosed my ear issue, and proscribed very affordable medication. I started the medication and was feeling better the next day. The doctor took a non-intrusive treatment but reserved more aggressive treatment if my ear did not improve. I am much better and look forward to my next appointment.

A doctor who listens to your concerns
Dr. Frank really listened to what was going on with me and was willing to try a treatment that would help me deal with my constant reactions to foods and substances. It has honestly changed my life for the better. His office also helps patients source an affordable epi-pen. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with MCAS, allergies or related issues.

It was at least four years ago that I first felt a funny 'pop' in my throat during a coughing fit. Since that time, I've felt the 'pop' now and then. I've had a cough that wouldn't go away, but would get better or worse over time. I've seen General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses. I've presented each of them with the symptoms. Nothing ever became of it. Finally, I took it upon myself to contact Allergy & ENT Associates of Middle TN. I was seen the next day by Dr. Frank. He diagnosed me within about 3 minutes and scheduled surgery for the next week. It is about two weeks now from my initial visit with the wonderful Dr. Frank and all of the symptoms that I had been living with for YEARS are now gone. I waited years when I could have waited weeks and wasted money on multiple doctor's visits when all I had to do was visit Allergy & ENT Associates of Middle TN and Dr. Frank. Learn from my mistake. If you have Allergy or ENT issues, go to Dr. Frank!

Dr. Frank takes time to listen, ask questions, and get to the root of your problem. I was dealing with severe ear pain. After a painless 10 minute procedure, I felt immediate relief. He and the staff are excellent. Everyone I encountered during my visit was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Frank is an exceptional healthcare provider! He thoroughly listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. He never seemed as if he was rushed or I was taking up too much of his time. Dr. Frank explained all options of care and made me feel at ease. Great bedside manners and the staff is SUPERB. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Often times we are quick to complain about a negative experience, but often times fail to highlight a positive experience. My daughter has been under the care of Dr Frank and after her surgery, I spoke with him and it was obvious he takes pride he in providing nothing short of excellence. Also, his office was diligent in following up with her care and well-being! I would not hesitate to seek Dr. Frank as my Health Care Provider or recommend to others! Great bed side manners!
