My husband had procedures this morning on June 16. Doctor Flynn was very compassionate and truly very caring for his patients.He was very thorough in explaining the results.We would HIGHLY recommend.He truly is a asset to the firm and to Johnson Willis Hospital.

For about 2 years I have been suffering from dysphagia (swallowing problem). Dr. Flynn did the necessary tests including barium swallowing and performed upper GI endoscopy. He dilated esophageal stenosis and cured the health problem I was suffering from and now I can swallow food and eat my meals without fear of being choked. He and his stuff are very courteous and helpful. I called Christina, his nurse support 2x with questions and concerns before and after the procedure, and she answered all my questions completely to my satisfaction with absolute pleasant personality and WORLD-CLASS customer service and professionalism.

One of my doctors referred me to Richmond Gastroenterology Associates but not to a particular provider. After reviewing each provider and then their reviews, I felt like Dr. Flynn and I would match up nicely. Dr. Flynn and I had our first meeting via a Telepathy phone call. I was very impressed with him. He had reviewed all of my medical records from my other doctors and already had an action plan ready for me. Dr. Flynn has helped me more since April 3, 2020, then my previous doctor helped me in two years. I am very happy with him, appreciate the time he has given to me, and feel like I can finally gain control of my life again. I cannot wait to actually meet him in person!!!

Dr. Flynn is not qualified to diagnose. After over 3 yrs. of pain and severe symptoms, a real treatment plan hasn't been established. He frustrates easily and is rude.

After researching and getting recommendations from friends I went to see Dr. Flynn for severe stomach pains I was having that no one else was able to diagnose. He not only diagnosed me on the first visit, he has me an a treatment plan and I’m finally pain free!! I cannot thank him enough

My screening colonoscopy was a breeze, thanks to Dr. Flynn and his staff at Virginia Endoscopy Group. Short wait, nice greeting from the front desk ladies, and kind and caring nurses and assistants.

I can’t speak too highly of the care I continue to receive from Dr. Flynn and his staff. He has gone above and beyond to take excellent care of my healthcare needs. I rank him at the top of the doctors I’ve had over my almost 60 years. When ever I am in contact with him or his staff, I express my gratitude for all they do for patients each and every day.

In my recent, first-time, meeting with Dr. Flynn I found him to be easy to talk to. He allowed plenty of time for us review and discuss my medical history. Afterwards, he recommended a simple, specialized blood test available that might provide more definition to a condition I've had for years.

Dr. Flynn has become my family and friends choice for Gastroenterology. He discoverd my mom's colon cancer. He handled her care with the upmost concern and compassion.
