Worst experience of my life with a doctor!
Rude, rushed, demeaning, didn't listen.

Shoulder injury.
The doctor listens well. Seemed to have appropriate answers and ordered x-rays and CT scan. To see if surgery is needed.

Incredible experience
Following a car crash in November of 2022, it was recommended that I see Dr. Fitzgibbons for pain in both my knee and shoulder. Both required surgery and both surgeries were performed by Dr. Fitzgibbons. The timeline schedule for each surgery was much faster than anticipated. The diagnosis for each was thorough and included an expectation of what to expect for both the surgery and the recovery. Follow-up care was scheduled quickly (and often) and a complete expectation of the healing process was discussed. Now, four+ months after the knee surgery, and two months after the shoulder surgery, I am running (slowly and short distances), have full range of motion in both the knee and the shoulder, and have started strengthening the shoulder. My thanks to Dr. Fitzgibbons and the entire Orthopedic and Spine Center of the Rockies team for making this entire ordeal as easy, informative, and "painless" as possible.

Dr. Fitzgibbons
Not only is he a great doctor, he has my total trust. His focus is on me, my desire to stay athletically involved. I have had no pain since knee replacement 9 years ago. Now I am experiencing different problems with my other knee. At nearly 77 years old I continue to trust him to keep me going.

I made an appointment with Dr. Fitzgibbons this winter after I had a hamstring strain/possible tear on my left knee area. Right away I had X-rays to rule out any bone breakage. Thankfully there was none. Dr. Fitzgibbons was someone who gained our respect after he skillfully did surgery on an immediate family member. He, along with his team faced an emergency situation after a serious car accident. He guided this person on a path toward an amazing recovery after a femur fracture. Dr. Fitzgibbons advised me to follow a course of physical therapy at a facility as well as helpful exercises at home. After several weeks of following his advice I began to feel decreased pain and greater flexibility. I would recommend anyone who is facing skeletal/muscular/joint issues to make an appointment with Dr. Fitzgibbons. He has the educational background and experience to help get his patients back on the road to recovery.

I am very pleased with the care that Dr. Fitzgibbons has provided for me and for one member of my family. He listens, and genuinely cares. I have a rare disease affecting my bones and cartilage making them easily damaged. I am currently dealing with a very bad knee which will need replacing. Dr. Fitzgibbons injected the knee to relieve pain as I try to prepare for surgery. I am grateful for his caring and understanding.
