Dr Eastlack is absolutely the best in my opinion! Dr Eastlack provided a 2nd opinion that the spinal fusion another Dr. wanted to perform was not warranted. I opted to have Dr Eastlack perform my procedure. He answered all my questions. My procedure was very successful and recovery was easy. He has an excellent team, and is personable and compassionate. I like his approach and philosophy on medical care.. I highly recommend Dr Eastlack.

Dr. Eastlack and his staff are all great! Amelia took a lot of time with me to schedule me and explained things and so Did Darcy., his nurse. Dr. Eastlack has done 3 fusion surgeries on me, both SI joints, 4 levels of my lower back and 4 levels of my neck. He listens to you and explains things well and is very caring. All of my surgeries went well and I did very well after them The last surgery was neck surgery in October 2024 and once again he did a great job as my thorax nerves were being crushed. I felt much better after surgery with him. I have referred multiple people to him with back and neck pain. I got very lucky to have found him.

Dr. Eastlack is fantastic. He was very informative from the start and always let me know everything that was going to happen. He and his staff took excellent care of me.

All aspects were perfect - from the initial interview to the final e-followup! Dr. Eastlack and his staff are ALL good listeners AND genuinely interested in the patient! Doctor Eastlack is wonderful in every way he took care of me with my lumbar surgery, And my neck fusion. He has wonderful bedside manners and is an amazing man. I would recommend him to anybody who has any issues with their back or neck. He is a miracle worker and i'm very thankful for him. After experiencing over a decade of arthritis and sciatic pain in my low back and right leg, including a prior diskectomy surgery, I sought care with Dr. Eastlack. Across my various office visits, I felt fully heard with the doctor and his team. Dr. E was frank with me about my options and what needed to happen prior to surgery, as well as what wasn’t necessary. Dr. E and his medical staff thoroughly explained the procedure and possible outcomes during the recovery process and provided compassionate care throughout; because of this I felt confident going into surgery. While recovery had its tough moments, I was provided with great resources throughout, including a home exercise regimen that evolved over the weeks and helped me back on my feet. At almost 3 months post-surgery, I feel better and stronger than I did before my back and leg pain began over 10 years ago. I give my wholehearted recommendation of Dr. Eastlack and his team and am beyond grateful for their care.

Dr. Eastlack performed a revision surgery from a failed previous surgery. I was able to walk the same night with very little difficulty and a great reduction in pain. He has given me my life back.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my fusion of L5 and S1. This was a fairly difficult recovery but Dr Eastlack and his team were always available to guide me through the process and the pain management. Everything they said to anticipate was correct. I am now without sciatica pain for the first time in a decade.

I have now had five surgeries on my spine - two thoracic and three lumbar. Dr. Eastlack has performed four of the five surgeries. Dr. Eastlack comes very highly recommended as exceptional in his care and outcomes. Provided me valuable evaluation, assessment and options to treat by cervical condition before it became a challenging health issue. The surgical procedure was smooth and without complications. Post surgical questions were handled right away, with excellent follow up. I now have no tingling in my right arm and hand. Also, this procedure improved the flexibility and range of horizontal, side-to-side head movement. My standing posture is much improved. Best decision and doctor to engage!
