Arrogant
We were looking for a new pediatrician, as the one we had for 13 years retired last year. We went to see Dr. Eagle. He did not even introduce himself. He brushed off everything the parents said and continued to speak over us versus listening to our concerns. He had the after visit summary already written before even entering the room. When he was asked how he came to the diagnosis he was giving he based it all off of one lab. We had already addressed the issues he kept brining up and he was not listening when we tried to explain that. The only reason he gets two stars is because he gave the referral we asked for. We will not be seeing him again. I expect the doctors caring for my children to listen to the parents concerns without an arrogant attitude. We have already changed providers for our next we’ll visit exam.
