Good doctor terrible front desk and appointment se
I thought Dr Do was very good BUT it’s an absolute nightmare to contact them and messages are never passed on if they ever answer the phone. The front desk service is nonexistent

Dr. Dy is fantastic. Great attention to detail. He addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond with his follow up. Excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone else in my family.

Dr. Dy, Nurse Riley and staff were really awesome. Went in for what you would say would be a routine procedure but not a comfortable one. Entire staff was very friendly and actually made it a relatively good experience. Totally recommend Dr. Dy and his staff.

Amazing doctor! Funny, very knowledgeable, experienced and extremely polite. Could ask for a better doctor. The procedure went great, I was in and out in no time and got amazing results. Dr. Dy was able to fix me up and I'm feeling a million times better! I would definitely recommend Dr. Dy to everyone.

What an amazing doctor! I was extremely uncomfortable talking to anyone about my condition, but needed help. I finally built enough courage to go see Dr. Dy, and I did not regret it. He greeted me with a smile and a few funny jokes to break the ice, and made me so comfortable, it was almost like talking to a best friend. He seemed to know everything about my condition, and after doing a few tests and following his recommendations, I feel a million times better! The only regret I have, is not going in to see him earlier. What an amazing doctor! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Best doc ever! He is my third GI doc and spent more time with me than the other two combined. He had reviewed my records before my appointment and already knew all prior test results. My life is back to normal because of him.

Dr. Robert Dy and his assistant are terrific! I've had problems for years and years. I have seen other gastroenterologists. He spent a lot of time with me and explained my prior test results from the other doctors. He said that he did not think another colonoscopy would help and started me on a new medication. Felt better in two days. Great experience! Very busy office. Was really tough to get an appointment. Wish I saw him first.
