Dr. Dolgoff is always canceling my appointments at the last minute. He never remembers anything about me.

Consistently late or no shows to appointments
Telehealth
Working with Dr. Dolgoff has been terrible. He is consistently late to appointments or no shows. Five of the six last appointments I've had with him he has either not showed up for, or called less tha 24 hours before and asked to reschedule, sometimes for the 2nd or 3rd time for the same appointment. He schedules me for 1 hour appointments, but meets with me for only 10 minutes and charges $485. His behavior is entirely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Dolgoff is courteous, knowledgeable, responsible and trustworthy as well as honest. He has been treating me for treatment-resistant major depression for several years. I also have PTSD from childhood trauma. He keeps his appointments on time, seldom being late. There is a comfortable waiting room. Prior to seeing him, I had a lot of trouble with side effects of various medications. He was able quickly to suggest one that works for me. I have a life because of his expertise.
