Rude Office staff
Receptionist extremely rude, staff uncooperative Been going thee for 3 years and no problem This year WOW. My insurance company requires a referral, but this year they refuse to fax the referral. Insurance company reached out also. It is their responsibility. I also asked to have Dr DiCaprio call me in regards to an incident that happened to his toe. She basically called me a liar and said to go to another Dr and hung up. The treatment from this staffis way unacceptable. I do admit I did get mad, but I thought the staff is there to work with me and to work for me. I will no longer step foot into this office.

Dr. DiCaprio is very good with his patients, but his receptionist is very rude to people she speaks to on the phone. I wouldn’t want to deal with her.
