Wonderful Dr and even better person!
We'd been to 3 Duke urologists and done many tests including an ultrasound to figure out unexplained 0 sperm count. Dr. Coward was our "second opinion" and he found a varicocele with only a manual exam that he corrected with surgery. He was so kind, humble, and sharp as a tack. He is what all providers should aspire to.

Dr. Coward is the most down to earth doctor I have ever worked with. He was so thoughtful and caring in his treatment with us and after treatment with him, we had more successful outcomes than we ever thought! We highly recommend anyone with male infertility issues schedule an appointment with Dr. Coward as soon as possible to get treatment started!!

My husband saw Dr. Coward for a vasectomy reversal procedure. We selected Dr. Coward due to his education, extensive training, and experience. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Coward was always honest and realistic about the probability of having children. Ten months after the procedure, my husband and I were ecstatic to find out we were pregnant. I cannot thank Dr. Coward enough for what he has done for us. Having a child and family would not be possible without his medical expertise!

Dr. Coward is a compassionate physician and highly skilled surgeon that provides top level treatment and care. After a fertility visit with a general urologist, my wife and I were given absolutely no hope of ever having biological children. After one visit with Dr. Coward we were given hope and options! Dr. Coward recommended sperm extraction surgery after determining a diagnosis of CBAVD. His surgical expertise was evident after an extremely successful surgery with no complications, no pain, an
