Dr Chen is by far the most caring and down to earth Pain Doctor or actually Doctor I have ever met! He is truly on focused on your well being and getting you back to normal and working through the pain. He LISTENS which is amazing! You do not need to look any further for. Pain doctor if you go to The Pain Reef Center on 7709 San Jancito in Plano!!!

Dr Chen treats me his patient as he would his own family, caring and professional. I am not just a number to move thru the office. I would recommend Dr Chen and his staff to anyone in DFW looking for professional care and a Doctor who listens to his patients and their concerns and then recommends a path to treat ailment. We wish all of our doctors to be a Dr Chen.

I have chronic back pain because of the bad disks in my spine. As a result, It has been difficult for me to live a normal life like most people. Dr Chen is very professional in his approach to pain therapy and understands what I have been going through. I highly recommend his services and staff if you are dealing with chronic pain. A++

Dr. Chen has been treating me for my cervical and lumbar spine bulging discs, and now my knee and neck. Dr. Chen and his staff are very accommodating for their patients and Dr. Chen especially really takes time to talk to you and go through your treatment options. The front office staff are really nice and always are there to help when I call. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain because he will do his best to get you pain-free.

I had lost all faith in the medical community at large. I felt as if I had been relegated to a statistic and placed in a catagory that no one wanted to even try and help any longer. Then, only by a what I deem as a miracle, Dr. Chen and I found each other. For that, I can only thank God! For the first time in many years someone was listening to me. He is healer that is proactive in all aspects of my care. Physical, mental and emotional. He treats me a s a person. Not a number!

Dr. Chen is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He made me feel like I was important and answered all my questions. His staff was also great. The environment was clean and comfortable. This doctor thinks that he is more important than his patients. He will leave you waiting in his office for over two hours when he isn't even there. They also don't return phone calls or voicemail. They will leave you more frustrated and distressed than when you came to the office. STAY AWAY!

This what happened to me and my opinions only. This doctor does not care about his patients. He like the path of least resistance. When you really need him he will fail you. If you upset him he wont fully treat your pain. He will talk down to you like you are 3 years old if you upset him.
If you don't believe me just schedule an appointment and try him for your self. The first meet will seem great then you will see what iim saying.The staff are either great caring people or mean
