A word of Caution when dealing with the Manager.
My main gripe with this medical practice is the lack of follow up between the office staff and the patient. The office Manager is combative when asked to provide simple documentation of interactions between insurance companies and Imaging facilities in order to schedule a simple CT scan. The office also relies on an antiquated dial up fax machine and no electronic medical records to document important medical information. Please save yourself the frustration in dealing with this practice and its unprofessional, brash and verbally combative office manager and get your scripts and testing done from a more up-to-date practice that actually cares about your health and your overall well being.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Carlson?
I’m saddened by my families experience with Dr. Carlson. My parents continued care with him despite a large oversite on his behalf. He missed my dads cancer diagnosis for 3 months. Then refused palliative care strategies while we attempted to work with him and our oncology team. The most disgusting piece of our interaction may of been when the doctor signed the death certificate and never reached out to anyone. Family medicine should be personal. Family medicine is supposed to be a medical home.
