Dr. Robert Burke, MD

Husband has been trying to make an appt for over a week. His BP meds are making him ill.. Messages aren’t returned. Called again today just to get hung up on. Called again, rang a bunch of times to hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up again. Not professional!

Dr Burke always helped me when I saw him. Staff is “ok” I’m switching however bc I got covid and nurse said to drink and just rest.

Can't keep nurses and long waits to even get in the room highly recommended staying away plus only part time in office for 3 days a week at 4 hours a day and expect to wait for hours and to be called a lair

Worst doctor ever . He has no bedside manners always in a rush to hurry you up because you all ready have been waiting 5 hours betine he comes in the room. My 76* year old mother he try to say was hooked on her pain medicine because she fell and broke her hip in 2 different places and needed surgery . He tried to out her on Suboxone . When I said no my mother does not need that he began to be very rude and would not write her out her insulin perception. Rude as ever worst doctor ever told my mom at first she just pulled something in her hip . Does not know anything

He's been my primary care physician for the last 5 years and I've finally had enough. His staff is miserable and overworked. Typical office wait is 2 hours past appointment. Dr. Burke himself isn't as knowledgeable as you'd hope and seems like he could care less for his patients comfort. Look elsewhere.

Best dr he is very caring and overall good person. Thankful to have him a as a dr.

Dr. Robert Burke - New Hartford, NY is a great doctor for Family Medicine. I and 2 of my children go to Dr. Burke. He takes time with you, goes over your chart, asks what may be a medical issue you have; and is timely to write out any scripts you may need. I would recommend him highly. Only issue is sometimes you have to wait a while before being seen, but that's probably due to the genuine time he takes with each patient.
