My husband and I were patients of his since 2017. Never had an issue until I asked him how would I go about getting an adult autism assessment. He said “You’re better off not knowing.” I wanted to know because my daughter is autistic and wanted to know what were the chances of it being genetics. Yesterday, 3/21/25, we had an appointment with him (never missed any appointments before in the past. Never had any issues in the past). Completely forgot about the appointment because we had our daughter’s ABA assessment meeting, the secretary was willing to change the appointment with no issues. He called my husband asking why did we schedule the ABA meeting during his appointment time, my husband explained we had the original appointment made in February but my daughter got sick and had to reschedule it for March. He told my husband that we need to find a new doctor and hung up on my husband and then called me on his personal number, left a message to call him back and when I did call him back and told him he is unprofessional and that I will be filing a complaint with my insurance he said “There was no need for me to call him to tell him this.” Sir, then why are you calling me?!?!?! Don’t get mad at my REACTION towards your ACTIONS. The email letters sufficient enough. I will be contacting a civil rights attorney because this kinda sounds fishy and see what they tell me. But I did file a complaint with my insurance company and I recommend that everyone who has had or still has issues with him do it as well. He also refuses to send my husband’s medical records to Social Security and my husband’s attorney as he is fighting to get Permanent Disability.

Terrible doctor. He feeds off of money from pharmaceutical companies and pushes the newest drugs no matter the side effects or even if you need it or not. Doesn’t care as long as he is getting his money. The staff is a whole other nightmare. So beyond unprofessional. He is getting so much worse over the years. Switching n never going back.

HE NEEDS TO FIRE HIS RECEPTIONIST NAMED TIM. After calling the office to have my approved referral from Dr. Boyd sent over to a specialist, I was immediately met with a condescending and frustrated attitude from Tim. Instead of maturely allowing me to state my request or at least advise me of what I needed for the process, he decided to proceed through the conversation with a juvenile reaction which resembled that of a 16 year old teenage girl: He talked over and interrupted me, he spoke down to me, he ignored my questions and responses, and he rejected my legitimate need for help. No one should have to be fearful of calling their doctor's office because they might encounter a patronizing and inconsiderate staff member like Tim. TIM CLEARLY DOES NOT HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM TO DEAL WITH PATIENTS. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE!!

Dr Boyd no problems but that Tim is nasty in all ways ! I can’t understand why he still works there ..if it were up to me he would be fired! He thinks his crap don’t stink ..he’s back to being a receptionist cause he couldn’t be a medical assistant..I don’t like him and I’ve heard nothing but bad about him from other patients

I had a 9.50 appointment for a family member, we were not seen until 12.30. I was not offered an apology, or any type of compensation. Dr. Boyd is a good doctor don't get me wrong, but when a patient says, "I have been waiting for 3 hours, I would atleast like an apology" And the doctor says "I cannot offer an apology" it pisses me off to tell someone about it. In fact, 2 people arrived AFTER we arrived. Those 2 people in paricular were seen BEFORE us. We were waiting a full hour after his weig

STAY AWAY! Went to dr boyd for years as my pcp. Didnt mind the wait, new staff every visit, rude to boot. Didnt mind the preferential treatment to money hungry drug reps. Thought dr boyd actually cared so i still went. All he cares about is money. He pushes u to get tests u dont need and take prescriptions u didnt ask for. And if you aggravate him he treats you like his revolving door staff. Hopefully you dont have to go thru this yourself. Try ANYONE else.

Appointment 1. Serious tore hamstring, no treatment plan except painkillers... Appointment 2. Follow up, didn't know who I was, asked if my injury was serious, painkiller refill Appointment 3. Same leg issue, had his back to me the whole time, became aggitated when I pressed him on ordering an MRI, he refused to order it because there was "so much paperwork involved." I hobbled there using a cane and when Dr. Boyd said "I don't care" I knew it was time to fire him. YOUR FIRED BOYD!

Dr is ok but office is horribly mismanaged. Been coming here for 10 years and I question my decision every visit. Spend all his time entertaining pharma salespeople. 2 hour wait for 5 min visit is the norm. This shows a great deal of disrespect for patients. My Heath is worse because I avoid going to him. Plus the office is in a perpetual state of construction. I'm talking years! Looks like they are always recovering from an explosions.

This Doctor never turns away a Patient for barely any reason especially a personal reason. He cured my bronchitis. Also calmed down my very bad asthma when I the bronchitis. He will give you samples so you can try some medices and inhalers to see which is the best for you and the one you like best. If one of your other doctors can't give you a medicine you need when you run out when you can't see that doctor; Dr. Boyd will help by giving you some until you see that doctor. Also....
