Best of dozens of docs I’ve seen in the last 2yrs
I have seen dozens of doctors in the last couple of years desperately trying to get help, a diagnosis, and treatment. Some made me feel hopeless or outraged, some were very “meh”, and some were truly exceptional. Dr. Bowers is #1, most exceptional of all of them. I would trust him with anything, including getting me into the hands of another doctor I need, and he’s always sent me only to other seriously awesome doctors. He changed my life—saved it, really, at least as I knew it before I started hurting. He is kind, professional, and he gets to the point and doesn’t waste time. He is terrific. Second to none. I am incredibly lucky to be his patient.

Good Doctor
My visit with Dr. Bowers felt a bit rushed, but he did take the time to hear me out and explain treatment options. Perhaps he was just very busy that day because I didn't exactly feel like a priority. It was a bit disappointing because I'd travelled nearly 3 hours to go see him. His bedside manner was alright; he wasn't exceptionally kind but he also wasn't cold or callous. I think he's a great option for those seeking non-surgical options and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to explore other options. He doesn't exactly strike me as one to go above and beyond, but I do feel like he's a good doctor and a good man. He does care for his patients but he doesn't exactly follow up very well. It could just be that I'm not a local patient. His other reviews speak so highly of him, maybe I just met him on an off day. Overall: He's a good doctor and does have empathy for his patients. Would recommend.

I am 66 years old and I have seen a lot of doctors for a lot of reasons and Dr. Bowers is at the very top of the "Best Ever" list. I felt listen to and understood. I have pseudo gout ant osteoarthritis in both knees. Dr. Bowers took the time to not only listen but also educate me on my situation. He help me to understand and be in charge of my outcome. Every one who I talked was amazed at the care I got. Even my therapist said "who is this guy? I like him!" You cant go wrong with I Dr. Trust me I am very hard to please. If you are already seeing some one else, use Dr. Bower for a second opinion. You wont be disappointed.

I have seen Dr. Bowers two times this year, once for an injured wrist, and once for a shoulder issue. His Jonesboro office staff are wonderful, very friendly, and Dr. Bowers is a very caring doctor. He always takes time to explain things, and more importantly, he always listens to what I am saying. He is very compassionate and I am confident that he is going to get me back to 100%!!
