I have been coming to this office for many, many years. Dr. Bonner is fine, but the staff is always unbelievably rude, unprofessional and apparently untrained. I kept thinking things would get better, but the staff just gets worse and worse. Because I like Dr. Bonner, it is regrettable that I must now look for another Dr.

Dr Bonner is ok But his office Manger is very unprofessional. She was rude since my very first appointment.They don't file claims correctly with your insurance or at all and will tell you, you owe money when its really covered by insurance. beware.

The office staff is unprofessional and rude!

Dr. Bonner is a great doctor. However,the office staff is incompetent. After being admitted to ICU, I asked the staff to have the doctor call me due to having complications after being released from hospital. I left five messages and the dr. did not receive them. Upon a follow up appointment, the Dr.asked the office assistant to call a specialist on behave of myself. Upon not receiving a call from the spec. after three days, I called Dr. Bonners staff again at 10 am they never returned call.

I make an appointment 4 month ahead, and they have no record. Even when I have an appointment I have to wait.
