Dr. Robert Bollinger II, DO

I went to Baylor Scott & White because I broke my elbow. I say that because I was a college athlete and have broken many bones, torn ligaments, had multiple concussions and I know when something is broken. I do have a very high tolerance so I don’t normally show my pain which plays apart in my review.This doctor only looked at 2 X-rays, didn’t examine my arm at all, and dismissed me. He told me that “it’s just a sprain, wear a sling if you want but your arm is fine. And I don’t think you need an MRI done.” I’ve never felt so invalidated before. After 3 days of agony i finally got a second opinion and lo and behold my elbow is in fact broken, I need to do physical therapy, and got prescribed pain medication. If you go to him, really make sure you voice your pain and stand up for yourself.
