Dr. Robert Bierman, MD

First I’ll say that Dr. Bierman is a good doctor. The methods of the practice leave you feeling like you are a deadbeat. If you have any balance owed to any Dr within the Abrazo syndicate they will accost you asking how your going to pay, will you pay today, etc. Begore my last appointment I called a few days before and asked what the costs for the visit would be. They said they could not tell me on the call, that I would have to come in for the appointment first. I cancelled the appointment and I am looking for a new Doctor who is unaffiliated with Abrazo or any other large group.

Since Dr Bierman joined Abrazo Medical it has become more and more difficult to contact his office. A phone call will assign you to a line of more than 20 calls ahead of you. Their on line system insisted on assigning me to a consultation with a nurse practitioner instead of Dr Bierman when I requested an annual physical check up. It has deteriorated to the point that I decided to find a new doctor's office for my health care needs. Now I can't find out if my records have been forwarded to the new doctor. When I called the office I ended up on a loop directory, that always sent me back to the opening statement on their recording. I did send a message through their patient portal but they won't get back to me for several days according to their site. Based on past poor experience I don't anticipate any reply at all. I do like Dr Bierman but Abrazo has been a catastrophe to deal with and I will no longer waste my time with them. I recommend that you do likewise.

Dr. R Bierman saved my life many times. And I am very grateful to him!

The purpose of my visit was to get referrals and prescription refills. Also to discuss the current Covid 19 vaccines. My questions were answered and I felt reassured.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Bierman and his medical assistant , Sherry. I have been a patient for several years and treated with the upmost respect, both professionally and cordially. Dr. Bierman takes the time to listen and answer any concerns I may have at the time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Biermam for quite awhile. He’s knowledgeable and patient He always has answered my questions I realize he’s time is limited . But he seems to do his best by making sure I’m informed. His staff, especially , Sherry Professional and warm .

Dr. Bierman has been my Primary Care Physician for over 20 years. He has guided me through all number of illnesses, from small to truly life-threatening. Today's visit was no exception. Dr. Bierman was welcoming. He genuinely listened and analyzed my current situation and proposed a path forward. His nurse-aid is also always friendly and thorough. I give this visit five out of five stars, and would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Dr. Bierman was great. It was my first visit with him today and I'm happy I chose his office. He took time to answer my questions and had great responses. His staff was friendly and helpful also.

Dr. Bierman is very friendly and takes his time with his patients asking them about all aspects of their health. Strongly recommend seeing him.

My ususl provider was unable to meet this was the first time I had met Dr. Bierman through a virtual call.

Dr. Bierman is wonderful. Easy to be open and honest with. No judgement. He is respectful, caring, and listens to what you have to say. He is openly concerned and focused about my overall health, without being insensitive, or assuming. He has been great about referring me to other doctors he knows can help me in specific areas better than he, and does not just push medications as the only answer.
