Made an online appointment. Arrived and drove 30 miles to be there and arranged a sitter to meet me at my children's appointments later that day near by. Told upon arrival they are not accepting new patients and had tried to call numerous times. They did not call the number listed online when appointment was made. They called an old number from where I went there previously. Which would prove that I am not a new patient. Zero empathy from the staff. No apologies. Nothing except to "Have a good day!"

Pre surgical visit. Although he was double booked for my appointment that day, I got in and out quickly. He’s always friendly, knows my history, and never fails to make himself completely understood when anything needs explaining.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benson's for many years. He is always professional, kind and a great caregiver.

First of all, I went there for labs. I scheduled an appointment. My appointment was at 1:45. I got there at 1:27. I didn’t leave until 4:10. And all they told me was that the labs were gone for the day and for me to come back in the morning and I wouldn’t have to go wait. In the morning it was an HOUR before I was able to do the labs. 3 people came after me and all three went before me. I would only recommend going here if you enjoy waiting around forever. Even in the lobby other patients agreed

In the beginning, I trusted and enjoyed Dr. Benson even though I waited 4 1/2 hours for the first consult. His bedside manner is great and he is very knowledgeable. However, since of late, he has not been following through with prescription requests (leaving patient all weekend without medications) and won't return pharmacies request. I spend an average of 3-4 hours each month trying to get this done. If you can, do not bother with this Doctor. Too much stress and lack of respect as of late!
