I was left o the exam room too long. I complained of burning pain when starting to urinate and dull pain after urinating. He did not do any physical exam of the rectal/prostate. Dr. Bass did not communicate well with me. He did order a urine test which came back negative. No infection was found. Yet, he prescribed 14 days of Cipro without discussing it with me. Did he assume I was an old stupid black man??. Not so doctor. I retired from a major pharmaceutical company after spending over 39 years developing drugs. And both my wife and daughter are doctors of clinical pharmacy. 14 days of Cipro to do what? Why not 5 days of 10 days? Pharma prescription incentives overshadowed medical and ethical judgment? Count me out of your victims. I am out to search for a more reliable and professional urologist. Patients, be cautious of over prescribtions.

Had a great experience with Dr. Bass and his staff. It was difficult getting an appointment at first, but it was worth the wait. His nurse Brittani was amazing. She was able to calm my anxieties and did a great job!

Dr. Bass has become another member of the family. We just love him! When my dad was diagnosed with cancer he sat down with us and spent over an hour discussing the options. Since then the whole family has been going to see him. He takes care of my and my husband's kidney stones. We wouldn't go any where else.

What an amazing experience. Dr. Bass not only found and treated my cancer, but he actually prayed with me before my surgery. I've never seen a doctor do that before. Will recommend him to everyone I know.

I would not recommend this doctor. He seemed to be unaware of the common modern practice of testosterone therapy for treating men such as me over 45 with issues such as a general loss of libido, loss of energy, ongoing fatigue, insomnia, and some erectile dysfunction. He looked at me and decided without any testing whatsoever that I had no need of this treatment, despite my describing symptoms related to low T levels. I will be seeking a higher level of care elsewhere.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Answers questions in a straightforward and understandable way. Have gone to him for kidney stone treatment on several occasions and for general post cancer follow up.

Dr. Bass does not communicate well with patients. After trying to get someone to call me back to answer questions and refill my pain meds for 5 days, Brittany was unable to answer all of my questions and they treated me like a drug-seeker instead of someone with a kidney stone. When this is all done, I'll be switching urologists and clinics.
