Dr. Bass
He did a great job removing a ganglion cyst from my finger.

Dr Bass LOVES to brag about his medical experience but comes short when it comes to showing it. His bedside manner is a joke and he is indecisive when it comes to treatment, and backed out of treatment the day it was supposed to be done. He also loves to say he'll be right back, and never comes back. He just sends his staff in to say the appointment is finished. Also, his scheduler was supposed to "call me back in a day or 2" but never did after like a month in a half. It took me calling back maybe 4 times before they actually got a hold of me. The front desk staff and nurses are amazing and very friendly.

I visited with Dr Robert bass on July 29, 2020 and was diagnosed for Trigger Finger, I received a steroid shot for the inflation however it did not respond well. On my next visit with Dr.Bass on August 19, 2020 he recommended surgery. He said someone will contact me the following day, Aug 20 to provide a schedule for the surgery date. I waited all day but nobody called me. I called the following day Aug 21 to follow up as I am very concerned about the continuing aggravation on my finger . I was told by "Kaithlin" that a certain "Elizabeth" was the scheduler who had this responsibility. She never called me. I tried to reach her on 3 separate calls that day and all I got from the operator that she said she will return my call. She never did. I find this very unprofessional and incompetent on her part. Dr Bass is a good doctor who treated me very professional but unless this employee is replaced I can not recommend a better star rating. I need to talk directly with Dr. Bass to report ths

Dr. Bass is amazing. I had right wrist surgery several years ago and have had no problems. A few years later suffered a gunshot wound to left hand to one of my fingers. Was rushed to hospital were 1st Dr attempted to save my finger. Horrible experience, went to Dr. Bass and recommended amputating finger. He advised that I would be better off in the future and he was right, He is a very good Dr. and I would recommend him to anybody!

Dr Bass is an excellent doctor! He performed trigger finger release on three of my fingers. I was very satisfied with the outcome on all fingers. He did an awesome job, very minimal pain and recovery. Haven't had any problems since my surgeries, I highly recommend Dr Bass.

Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Didn't shake my hand, blamed me for my injury, and exited without a definite plan. See his partner or someone else.
