Telehealth
My daughter had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Barnett on January 6. He was dismissive, refused to look at the pictures we sent ('I can't see those') and was so far away from the camera I am not sure how he could see anything she showed him. Dr. Barnett then went on to tell us how my daughter could not have shingles because she has had the vaccine but offered steroids. I declined the steroids and took her to a derm and it is...shingles. If you aren't interested in taking care of patients maybe it is time to retire.

Despotic attitude towards the patient
Telehealth
This doctor has a despotic attitude towards the patient. He even rolls his eyes when he doesn't hear what he wants to hear.

I called my insurance company to recommend a new primary care Dr. They give me Dr Barnett information. I'm so happy with his knowledge and caring manner! Not like my old primary care Dr. Called one week got in the next. Would recommend Dr Barnett to family and friends just after one visit.

Most attentive doctor I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and has a great network of specialists. I would not trust anyone else with my health like I do with Dr. Barnett.

I started seeing Dr. B. a few months ago and I am very glad my wife found him for me as my primary care doc. At first appearance you might think this tall Texan was a Veterinarian, but rest assured he knows his stuff. His office is easy in and easy out, as it is located in a new medical office park in Allen, TX. I like the fact that I don't need to park in a parking garage and then march a mile to his office. His staff is not a bunch of idiots either. Fast, smart and courteous.
