Bad attitude
Dr. Bailey had a terrible attitude. He left me suffer for over a month before admitting I was in pain and he would fix it. He just didn't want to believe that I was in pain. Sad

His attitude was terrible. He tried telling me how I was feeling. Finally, I had to tell him to do his job even it means admitting he was WRONG.

Conservative approach
Dr Bailey takes a conservative, surgery-as-a-last-resort, approach. I love that. He asks and answers questions. Explains things in an easy to understand manner. He was a “2nd opinion” for me…I wish I’d seen him 1st. I could have been saved a great deal of fear.

I was sent to Dr.Bailey’s office by my pcp after falling on steps. Dr. Bailey and his whole team are amazing! My right leg had so much pain in it I didn’t know what to do. Dr. Bailey sent me for testing and on follow up explained everything that was going on and what he was going to do to help me. Dr. Bailey and his PA’s didn’t try to sugar coat anything therefore I knew that a long road of surgery and recovery was in my future. I had fusion surgery 6 days ago and I already don’t have any pain in my leg! I was a high risk patient due to other medical issues but Dr. Bailey was willing and able to help me. I can’t thank him and his team enough! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about all of the medical needs, they have great attitudes and bedside manner! I highly recommend Dr. Bailey, Jessica(PA), Ann (PA) and everyone on his team from the front desk on up.

The scheduling staff is incredibly rude. Tried to get an appointment for three months. The office had to reschedule us three times due to issues beyond our control. Instead of being apologetic for the delays, we were blamed for rescheduling and threatened to be dropped as a patient. If you're living in pain don't waste your time or expect any compassion from this office.

My experience was wonderful , comforting , Professional. Dr. Bailey was honest, kind , Compassionate, and made me feel safe and confident in my procedure! Before meeting Dr Bailey and his team, I had been suffering for years from spinal stenosis, other degenerative spinal problems. After years of suffering , and losing abilities to do the things I love , including my career as a hair stylist of 30 years. Since I was already off work because of COVID-19 laws that affected my business, I decided to take the time to finally address my back issues. I got a few opinions that went horrible for me! I felt hopeless! I begged my family Dr for help. He said I think you should go to Pittsburgh, there are some good Surgeon’s there. He gave me three names, and luckily for me, I chose wisely, and picked Dr Bailey! My surgery was a success, and Dr Bailey and his team were fantastic! No more pain! Thank you so much Dr Bailey and staff!!! Best medical experience ever!??

Ten weeks ago Dr. Bailey operated on me for lumbar stenosis I had a hard time walking, pain in right hip and down my leg , weakness in leg and foot . I walked bent over and with a limp . I tried PT for a couple of months , did not help .Went to see Dr. Bailey , he explained what the problem was to my wife and I , he told us what needed to be done. Now I walk straight up with no pain, strength all most back - walk 3 miles 4to 5 times a week. I would recommened Dr. Bailey and his team , they were great from my first visit to follow up after surgery . Thanks so much !! Gary Welsh

Dr. Bailey saved my life. I came in to the Paoli ER with lesions on my brain. He performed two brain surgeries on me and today, one year later, I am almost fully recovered to my former self. His bedside manner was warm, respectful, and caring. His explanation of my condition (to my wife) was honest and sympathetic. We simply can not say enough good things about him. Strongly recommend you trust him with any neuro issue you may face.

My 26 year old son was in a car accident Thanksgiving weekend, 2016. Dr. Bailey was the neurosurgeon on call. He acted quickly and aggressively and saved my son's life. My son suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. Dr. Bailey was compassionate and caring. He helped me get through several rough months. I liked that he was willing to answer my questions honestly and thoroughly.
