Staff does not return phone calls!! They got me authorized for the wrong knee through my insurance and when I brought it to their attention they said someone would call me back, NO call back. Then I am a week and a half out from surgery called about that and some other things, NO call back!! I decided to cancel the surgery, emailed them all the reasons and asked to have th Dr. call me! No the assistant calls! TOO little TOO late, Plus I called my dad insurance co. Again and was still authorized for the wrong Knee!No confidence in his team and he doesn’t seem to care!!

It didn’t take me long to decide to do two full hip replacements this year with Dr. Avino. His team is incredible and Heather always responds immediately with any concerns. I have to constantly remind myself that I had both my hips replaced as I’m quite active now and back to doing my athletic activities, as I had the first hip done in March and the second one in July! I’m completely blown away at his pain free process and how quickly I’m back! I didn’t need pain killers other than occasional OTC meds. Do not wait in pain. Go see Dr. Avino!

Dr. Robert Avino performed total hip surgery on me 6 weeks ago. The results were amazing. Within 3 days I was no longer taking any pain medication and was walking without a walker or a cane. His staff are fantastic. Heather, Jade and Spencer were always available to answer any questions and were very responsive. At this point I am walking 3 miles a day without pain and have 100% confidence in his ability as a top notch surgeon.

My 91 yo mother had a hip repair performed by another surgeon that failed, leaving her increasingly incapacitated. No surgeon had anything to offer her until Dr. Avino. He felt he could remove the screws and perform a total hip replacement using robotic surgery. While she was a very high risk patient, the procedure was successful and she has rehabbed incredibly well. He has given her her life back. He is an adept surgeon and uses the latest technology. We could not be more grateful.

I saw Dr. Avino for knee pain and he took x-rays right in the office. He was very knowledgeable and explained what my problem was in a manner I could easily understand. I also did not feel pressured to make any decisions regarding treatment right on the spot.
