Dr. Robert Antoine, MD

Would never recommend. It's a brick and mortar assembly line for drug manufacturers. Goal seems to be get as many patients in and out as quickly as possible with as little patient/doctor intervention as possible. How many providers ask a patient what pills they would like to take? Office staff is rude, impersonal, rarely answers calls and rarely returns them. They did one time, three weeks after it was left. A classic example of what is wrong with our healthcare system.

Best doctor in all areas and saved me and many. I have to say that anyone who leaves a bad review I'm sorry but he genuinely cares! Don't think about getting over on him hes OUT TO HELP YOU!!

I've been seeing Dr. Antoine for 3+ yrs. for depression/anxiety. He basically is a med checker, not a psychoanalyst anymore, and somewhat retired when treating d/a pts. I was disappointed he has only one referral for a therapist, way out in Coral Springs. I like him very much, always pleasant, listens well, but not too interested in giving advise.... His Office Manager is awful! I used to think they were dating, otherwise, who would keep her/them! Rarely an appointment reminder call, or call backs!

We never met him him, we met a Joseph Wurbel and can't find anything out about him!

Awful. I went seeking advice on medication. He basically asked me what I wanted to take and would write a script for it. I was like "your supposed to determine what I should take based on my symptoms, not what I tell you I want". Additionally I waited on the waiting room for 45 min past my appointment and the appointment was literally 7 min long

I DON'T UNDERSTAND some who complain!!! I guess not all can be happy! BREAKS MY HEART ? THAT A PHARMACIST would say One Negative Word About Dr Antoine!!! Hes Not ONLY the most loving caring doctor,but saved My Life!!! I Was Dependant On Methadone, And He Got Me Off that Nasty Addicting Drug!!! He Even Came And Visited me In The Hospital (was a Female Problem)!! Thats Why Dr Antoine saves lives they count pills!!! He's THE best I've been to many TRUST ME HES best I love him like family TRY HIM!!

He is a horrible Dr. Never felt so disgusted by a person.

Have been seeing Dr. Antoine for around 2 years and have always felt rushed to determine if medicine helps deprrssion/anxiety. Max 15min Med management is not enough to evaluate. Over last year medical interns see me and there is textbook approach that I don't like. Office manager is nasty, phone calls never get returned and I have been discharged without a refill for antidepression meds. Not good office any more, feels like a clinic.

This office went through a rough transition period last year and I almost walked out. I am very glad I stayed. The office staff is now well organized. Dr. Antoine and every intern I've met have been very personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Most incompetent office staff I have ever dealt with by a landslide. Too frustrated to tell my story but it had pharmacist and insurance company laughing and shaking their heads. Not sure how they have a license to operate.

This is probably the most unprofessional, disorganized medical office I have ever attended. Dr Robert failed to follow up on prescription refills he prescribed. I literally had to go to the office to force them to send the authorization to my insurance company. If you have a choice, do not go to this doctor. His office staff is incompetent and his care for patients barely extends to the 15 minutes he spends with you.
