Dr. Robert Anderson, MD

At times a 5 star rating can seem to be analogous with satisfactory or "meets expectations". Personally I feel that is unfortunate because it leaves no room to highlight a provider who truly provides an excellent experience. Dr. Anderson provided for me what I believe was the best healthcare experience I have ever had. I frequently feel as if I am dealing with individuals who either discount or misunderstand my medical fluency as a Physical Therapist. Dr. Anderson demonstrated a unique ability to speak effectively to me at the level at which I could understand without over simplifying the information: using jargon where appropriate, and explanation as needed. He took an extensive amount of time with me to answer my questions in detail without become impatient, fidgety or otherwise demonstrating inattention. He maintained appropriate eye contact, demonstrated active listening and was willing to empirically explain his thought process regarding his advice. Cannot recommend more highly.
