Dr. Robbie Wright, MD

Dr. Wright was referred to us and we've had a great experience with her. Good psychiatrists are hard to find and we are very happy with Dr. Wright. My daughter has been under her care for several years and she's been knowledgeable, helpful, consistent, and always on time. Her office is easy to get to and parking is free. They have made improvements to the front office staff and they are pleasant and professional. Dr. Wright is also well connected to other amazing specialists and her referrals have been very helpful for us. I do recommend Dr. Wright.

Dr. Wright was caring and helpful with my son's treatment, but our experience with her office staff was always unpleasant. They are consistently rude and short on the phone, and close the phones daily from 11:30-1:30 for a two-hour"lunch". This practice seems out-dated with phone tech today that allows calls to be forwarded to multiple extensions to allow more complete coverage, and inconsiderate of patients' time and need to reach the office during their own breaks from work/school. They also made frequent mistakes calling in prescriptions, despite my son notifying them of his moves and new pharmacies as he relocated throughout college and after. I'm a mental health professional, and knowing how difficult it can be for people to reach out for psychiatric help, I would expect a more caring, compassionate, and professional approach to managing a patient's first interactions via the phone with this office.

Saw my child for almost a year and there was never any improvement. She just kept changing medications, made no suggestions other than to take her to an inpatient facility, which we visited and promptly left. It was NOT the thing our child needed. We were paying cash and she charged $175 for a 5 minute call on a Sunday. Changed to Dr Hong Chai who did a DNA test, found the medication that helped almost immediately. He spoke with us on the weekend, never charged us. He is excellent.

My son has seen Dr. Wright for ADHD care, and we have seen such great progress! She is very knowledgeable about which medications and dosing will work for his symptoms. I recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and skilled Child Psychiatrist.

Ryan has thrived under Dr. Wrights care and recommendations. She is excellent with children and I trust her completely.

Did not spend the full hour with the patient but charged for the full hour. Did not provide any useful or practical advice.
