Flippant and dismissive. Any symptoms that didn’t fit her diagnosis in my 7 minute consultation were ignored. If you want to pay hundreds of dollars to be gaslit this is the Dr. for you. The diagnosis was accurate just not thorough. I have what she “diagnosed” me with but I have had it since my twenties. The new concerning symptoms I have sit outside that diagnosis, and the reason for seeing the Dr…..terrible waste of time

I was referred to see Dr Madan. It took almost two months to get an appointment. My appt was for 10:15 I arrived at the office at 9:50. I got checked in and paid my co-pay. I then filled out the paper work. Then at 10:40 they called me up to desk and said I would have to reschedule because I took too long filling out the paper work. They said I should have received paperwork in the mail. Which I did not. This is unacceptable. After waiting two months to see the Dr. they rescheduled me for 1 month later. Now I can't get my money back from my co-pay. I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone. What kind of practice is this. I know this will not make a difference but people need to know how they treat their patients.

This was my first visit. She was very professional. She listened to all I had to say and knew what questions to ask. She prescribed and administered medication and had lab work done. By the end of the day I felt like a new person. I had been taking a battery of over the counter medications to overcome the pain for years to deal with my Rheumatoid Arthritis but to no avail. I haven't taken any since my first visit. I didn't realize how much pain I had been living with and just how much it negatively affected my life. I am very thankful to her as she has given me a new lease on life. I highly recommend her.

I recently was referred to Dr. Madan for treatment. I do not know what the future holds for my condition, but I do know this: Dr. Madan will make sure I get the best care and treatment there is. She listens, she is intelligent, and she is very willing to share her knowledge to educate her patients. We as patients are who have to deal with our conditions day in and day out. It is much easier to handle a situation when you know what is happening and you know what to expect. Dr. Madan will make sure that you understand your condition, the testing involved, medications used, and willing answer any questions or concerns you may have. She makes you feel like a person not just a diagnosis. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Very poor communication skills. Talks over you, and very very loud voice. Doesn't know how to listen. Not worth going to, it would be worth your time and money to go see anyone else.

Terrible experience, she would not listen to my wife, she went down a checklist for Fibromyalgia and was quick to diagnosis her and start pushing the pills. A grade school student could have done that. My wife's problems go much deeper than that. Would not return my wife's E Mails or phone messages, office staff admits that she won't return patient calls. wish she had treated my wife as a patient instead of a paycheck, now we have to start the process over again, waste of time and money.. Sad..
