Dr. Rita Pradhan, MD

Dr. Pradhan is highly knowledgeable in Diabetes management. I see her every quarter to keep my diabetes in check. She gives time, listens, discusses options. Her office staff also courteous and supportive.

I have been a patient for several years. Dr. Pradhan was very kind and gracious when she learned my husband had recently died. She cheers for me when I have successes with my A1C and remains positive when i don't do as well as I want to. She is not there to be my friend, but she definitely cares about her patients.

This Doctor and practice only cares about taking more money from your they do not care about health of the patient. First they will not authorize medication refill and demand that you visit the doctor. When you call you get the apointment 2 or 3 months out and then you ask if you can provide refill till that time. they say they can not call your primary doctor. When you visit the doctor, only this doctor does is read your blood result to you ask few questions and give the same medication. Why can not you do the same when refill was requested first time? Simply they want to milk more money out of your pocket, do not care for the health of the patient as they do not want to refill medication needed to keep good health of the patient. I am done this this doctor and this practice. this 3 time in year when i have to contact my primary to get me meds which this doctor should be giving. They are disgrace in the name of the doctor. Pls stay away.

This is a very un-professional office. My mother has been seeing Dr. Pradhan for a few years. My mother is a senior citizen. Dr. Pradhan and the office staff are not attentive to her needs and have made us wiat several months for an injection that was approved by insurance in Feb. They want us to undergo another round of blood tests, because they missed the test results done recently. Poor service and a senior suffers!!

Dr Pradhan Is a good doctor. The office staff that work for her are terrible. Hold time is almost always 15 minutes long, after the wait you might be hung up on or "accidentally" disconnected. The staff is very curt. The office visits are unpleasant .

Dr..Pradhan is amazing, compassionate and understanding. She explains and does listen. I'm very pleased.

Saw Dr Pradhan for 4 years, she didn't listen to what I was wanting or asking. After 2 years of being on hormones I wasn't liking the side effects of, she refused to let me try a new one that I was willing to change to. I was told maybe i'm meant to be a big girl and let my body do its thing! First off i'm not even a big girl and she walked out of the room on me mid sentence and never came back in. Haven't been back since. Awful bedside manner.

I like Dr. Pradhan personally, but her staff is TERRIBLE. I can't count the number of times (over the last decade) that we've called and found the mailbox full, or been put on hold for 20 minutes without a word about the wait time, or been told "nurse will call you back" and had to call 2-3 days later because, of course, the nurse did not call back; or told "the doctor will call you back" with the same results. They have THE WORST service I have experienced in my life. But I like the doctor.

She's very good, thorough, attentive, good listener to what you have to say and try to solve your problem to the best of her ability and I appreciate the time that she spends with the patient.

Dr. Prahdan is a very knowledgeable, compassionate Doctor who has been very generous with her time throughout every visit my mom has had with her. She listens, asks insightful questions and it is evident that she truly cares. Thank you, Dr. Prahdan

I have been a patient of Doctor Pradhan for several years. She has always been responsive to all my medical needs. She regularly monitors my medication and is always willing to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her to someone looking for a primary care physician.

My husband has been going to Dr. Pradhan for several years now for treatment of his diabetes. She is very thorough when it comes to checking on all the issues related to the disease. She has sent him to diet clinic to help with what foods and the amounts to eat. She has gone over his blood work item by item when we have office visit after blood work is done. She has tried changing his medicine around until it helps him control the sugar better, if needed. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Pradhan is a wonderful doctor. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring and patient. She has taken excellent care of my mother and father for the past several years. Additionally her office staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Pradhan to others in need of an Endocrinologist. My opinion is based on many visits to her office and being an RN with more than 25 years of working in a hospital.

This doctor has had care of my husband for over a year. She upgraded his prescription to a higher level of T and her office is COMPLETELY non responsive to all requests from the pharma side. he has been without for over a month. I'm not quite sure what is going; the doctor has explained that it is IMPERATIVE that he gets this to keep his 37 year old body from becoming like that of a 68 year old due to bone density. If you are looking for an office to care for its patients, this isn't it.

Very poor experience, not very knowledgeable when it comes to pumps and sensors and cancels appointments an hour before the actual appointment!
