Disappointed
Have seen her since 2020 when I started having Orthostatic Hypotension. Lots of tests order, but no definitive cause detected. Recently Due to a mix up in their office, I was not checked in properly and labeled a "no show." When I was not called after 20 + mins, I tried to address with staff, staff were nice and attentive. However, Dr. Falcone was not willing to see me until later that afternoon when I had another appt, I had already missed work that morning, Due to her inflexibility and their inability to reschedule a sooner appointment that would not end up with me waiting for weeks or traveling all the way to West Grove I will not be back to this practice. I did send feedback and heard nothing back. I can only assume they are committed to it being that it was my fault I was late, not that their was an error in their check in process. Beware if you have a disability get a ride to Fern Hill location, unlikely any close by parking, you will have to walk quite a distance.

Ordered tests that were time consuming and costly, didn’t have full results for follow up and she wasn’t concerned. Didn’t have any answers from tests so she just prescribed some meds and said come back in 4 weeks. Office staff is terrible!!! Scheduling was a nightmare. I will be looking for a new cardiologist.

Not good...Im sure she is a good doctor but does not listen at all. Still waiting on a return phone call from her...months ago. the staff working for the Chester county cardiology department are the worst ever!

I started out my cardiology experience with U of Pa over 40 years ago and have had many, many cardiologists over the years, so when my old doctor left his firm, I thought I would try a woman doctor, and she was with U of PA. She was the worst cardiologist I’ve ever encountered. She kept cutting me off when I tried asking questions, treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, and rushed through the appointment. Her demeanor was dismissive. After 40+ years with cardiologists, I know more about the heart than the average cardiology patient. Will continue my search for a new cardiologist elsewhere.

Strangest doctor I have ever met. Said she did not prescribe med former cardiologist had me on although it had really helped. She offered no alternatives but said to go back to former cardiologist for med. she said it wasn't a cardiac med although it was a blood pressure medicine. I went to another cardiologist and they had no problem with it all. Weird lady.

I’ve been a cardiology patient for 20 yrs. I’ve seen many cardiologist, and personally feel Dr. Falcone is the best cardiologist I have been to. Regrettably I have not been a model patient, still I know a very competent Dr. when I spent time with him/her. I wish I would have stuck with Dr. Falcone. I’m in need of a good, firm, no nonsense cardiologist. Dr. Falcone is excellent.
