Dr. Ripudaman Beniwal, MD

Dr. Beniwal has been my doctor for years, but, this is the first time I have done an online recommendation. I definitely should have done one sooner, as he is the best doctor ever!! Dr. Beniwal is very professional, kind, and thorough. With my personal health history, and that of my family, I need an excellent specialist, and, Dr. Beniwal has my full trust.

I was referred to Dr. Beniwal by my PCP for a colonoscopy @ their Tracy office. They called me & I set up an appt. I showed up on time for the appt @ the doctor's office. The lady at reception said Dr. Beniwal has not practiced in Tracy for over a year! I call Dr. Beniwal's office and explain the situation & tell them I can drive over to their other office. At that point, they claim that I DON'T have an appt in their system and that all first appts are done on the phone! {Sigh} I go ahead & schedule another consultation for 3 weeks later. 3 weeks later, Dr. Beniwal's office calls the day prior to confirm. I confirmed the time, that it's a phone call, & that the Dr. will be the one calling me. The next day - no call. No email. No follow-up from the doctor or his office. I can't imagine a doctor's office more poorly run than one that doesn't inform the patient of a phone-only appt, loses an appt, doesn't update address info on the internet, blows off another appt & never follows up.

I have seen Dr. Beniwal for routine colonoscopiess and other gastro issues over the last eight years. I liked him from the very beginning. He is an excellent listener and he fully explains his clinical impressions of the condition that brought you to see him. He is a very smart healer that treats his patients with the utmost respect. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be his patient!

Favorite doctor I have ever had. You can tell he cares about his patients. Calls me back within 5 minutes when I am concerned about a new symptom. He even calls me out of the blue to check in on me. Highly recommend Dr Beniwal.
